No, you don’t need a referral. You can book directly with us at any time.

Your first session includes a thorough assessment where we discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll also receive an initial treatment and a clear plan for your recovery.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. As part of your assessment and treatment, you will be asked to undress to your underwear so I can properly assess the affected area.

If you prefer, you can wear shorts and a vest or sports top for comfort.

Your comfort and privacy are always a priority, and you will be appropriately covered throughout the session.

This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some people need only a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer rehabilitation plan. We’ll discuss this with you after your assessment.

Yes. Exercise rehabilitation is an important part of treatment. You’ll receive a personalised programme designed to improve strength, mobility, and long-term recovery.

Your exercises will be delivered through the Physitrack app, making it easy to access your programme, follow videos, and track your progress.

Absolutely. We work with everyone from recreational exercisers to athletes, helping you recover safely and return to your sport with confidence.

Yes. We take a whole-person approach to managing persistent pain, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to help you stay active and improve function.

Post breast cancer rehabilitation supports recovery after treatment. It can help improve mobility, reduce pain or stiffness, manage side effects, and rebuild strength and confidence in your body.

In many cases, yes. Depending on your provider and level of cover, you may be able to claim back a portion of your treatment costs. We recommend checking directly with your health insurance provider for details of your specific policy.
